The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. She asked us what our favorite movie was as an ice breaker. She also asked us what we knew about the company, "food with integrity" , and the "13 characteristics", so I'd recommend you study that prior to the interview. If this is your first ever interview be there early at least 10 minutes early, go up to the cashier, and tell them you're there for the interview. They'll offer you a drink and direct you to the interview area where you wait for the interviewer. After the interview, the interviewer tells you that if they're interested in you, they'll contact you for a second interview where they show you around and you meet the manager. If they don't contact you, they decided to go with someone else.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
