Interview was chill. Manager was friendly and asked basic questions about myself and work experience in a kitchen (which prior to this role was zero). I think he primarily wanted to see that I had a strong drive and work ethic.

They were very chill and made it easy asked me about my values. But then I started working for them and they abused my kindness. So over all if they would have treated me right and paid me legally then I would have enjoyed it. But because they failed to do just these things listed above I quit after sustaining a back injury at their facility in which they refused to compensate me for.

Group interview. Very informal. Was asked to come and observe for second interview and it was awkward and the employees were unwelcoming and didnt really seem interested in making the interview process enjoyable.
