You apply online and get a test in your email. Then depending on your answers you will go in for an interview. They ask very easy common sense questions. Overall it was very easy. But they will do a background check.

They’ll call you on a soon meeting, and you’ll have to talk about what experiences you’ve had, and they’ll ask you question about you and what your looking for , and they’ll question you on what to do in certain situations with the children
