My experience during my interview was abhorrent. The staff member I met with did not even extend the courtesy to introduce herself or shake my hand upon meeting me. I had to initiate an introduction and she immediately stated that she did not know why I was contacted for an interview by Human Resources because she felt my work history differed from the work of the organization and I would therefore not be a good fit for the job opening. During the interview, she began to belittle my job qualifications and years of experience. I was barely asked any questions, and when I asked why I was called in, she stated she did not know. She even asked my current salary and then made a prejudiced discriminatory comment that she was “surprised someone would pay me that much”. After leaving, I immediately reported her inappropriate actions to their Human Resources department and no action was taken. Please DO NOT WORK HERE!!
