I was told over the phone I would meet with the COO for my interview but when I got there I met with two people in HR. I interviewed with Elisa and James. The interview started with general questions that went nowhere. James focused on one line on my resume and this led to a twenty minute conversation about systems management. He asked questions that I was not expecting from what obviously was a preliminary interview with HR, not an interview with the COO like I was promised. Even though I did not get the job I felt like it was worthwhile because I was given a fair shot and they took the time to understand what I had to offer. Overall a positive experience.
