The company discriminates based on age. I was asked to give very personal information and promised 2nd interview. I am in my late 40s. As soon as I provided the information, all the communications stopped. During the interview I was told the company had problem communicating with millenials. It disturbs me to think that they ghosted me based on the fact that I was not close to age of a millenial.
