It was quick, they don’t engage very much as they want to hear your answers. As soon as you answer they move on to the next question. Questions were challenging and sometimes worded in a way that was tricky.

This was a hybrid HRBP and Recruiting position. They asked about my experience in a behavioral interview style. I met with three people in their HR team, the talent director, HR manager, and HRBP. I did not get an offer, and they did not provide any feedback as to why I did not move forward.
