Filled out a written interview with scenario questions while waiting in the lobby. When I was finished, I started the actual interview which was a panel-style interview with 3 supervisors. Consisted of basic interview questions like strengths and weaknesses, how you handle stress, how you prioritize tasks, etc. Also consisted of behavioral questions common in social work interviews.
