The first step in the process was a phone interview with HR that was more about the applicant’s personality. Following that was a virtual interview via Google Meet with one of the co-owners, going over the position. After this was a portfolio submission along with redesigning one of CSS’s existing posts. Once the submission was approved, the final step of the interview was an in-person interview at the Arlington Heights location with the other co-owner, going over the position.
