I had to keep the conversation going, they were interested in talking about themselves without offering any valuable information. I offered my resume and writing samples and they seemed surprised. I would think they would want those for a PR position. They also couldn't produce a client list.
The interview process was short and simple. I met with the owners and department director. They are very interested in prior on-air talent, even if you have no actual PR experience.
