The standard hr screen / coding challenge / hiring manager / on-site. Really well-organized interviewing process and their tech stack seemed solid. I haven't looked at their codebase, obviously, but i was very impressed by how current their app seemed to be. Got to ask ton of questions and got a good sense of the company & the engineering culture. Their HR was also very honest about why they didn't want to proceed at the time. I can't stress enough how important transparency is during the process, and Chewy did admirably here! Unfortunately, did not work out, but had a very positive impression.
