After manager call I had a tech guy call me. It started off ok but then instead of doing coderpad which is free by the way he tried to fill me in on contents of multiple tables so he can ask SQL question.

In order to ask me a SQL question Chewy principal tech lead started dictations me contents of one of the table over the phone. I lost it of the fifth row of first table.
What kind of retards are working there if their top tech guy is such a moron?
I got a email to schedule interview and after sending dates. They vanished and not even an email saying they moved on. This is weird. And never applied here again

After one recruiter call, I was ghosted. Chewy leadership felt reminiscent of a notoriously toxic big tech culture. Disorganized process, poor follow-up. Applicants should reconsider investing time here at all cost.
