It was good, they organized a networking dinner for all the candidates to informally talk with employees, and then the interview process consisted of two 45-minute interviews with either 1 or 2 people followed by a group presentation

Just general questions about your experience, why Chewy, etc
It was a great experience. The interviewer shared some great insights about the organization. The questions asked were crisp and to the point as it was a behavioral round. Overall a great interviewing process.
A phone screening followed by a virtual interview. Not a difficult process but need knowledge on the company as well as of the field. Do your research prior to interview and maybe have notes and questions written down.

They gave you plenty of time to think about the interview questions before you recorded it for the prescreening. I was invited to a phone interview immediately after, the do not watch your video before the phone video.
