Interview process felt very impersonal and more about what my salary requirements would be over my qualifications. Interview felt rushed and unfocused. The organization had reached out to me for an interview so I was surprised with the experience.

So far so good. First interview was 15 minute phone screen. 2nd interview was 30 minute video call. I'm hoping to make it to the next round which is a site visit.
