Classic round robin style panel interview where each panelist took turns asking me questions about my skillset, experience, and professional goals. The panelists were very professional and allowed me to take my time to process each question before answering

Why do you want to work in this region and how does it align with your career goals?
The process was very smooth starting from phone screening to the final interview with the SVP. The recruiter was very clear with the instructions and timeline for the process. The first interview was with the recruiter, the second one with the panel and the third one with the SVP.
