The first screening interview was online and lasted only 15 minutes. Afterwards, I was invited for the second round and asked to complete a psychological test and prepare a case/presentation regarding a specific theme beforehand. In the second round (which was around 1.5 hours), I had many behavioural questions, met colleagues with whom I would work closely, presented my case and had some on-the-spot case questions, which checked basic understanding of the industry and resembled some of the questions from my immediate tasks.
