Long process, two phone interviews and half day at the office. Most employees were very respectful and pleasant. One business director was very unprofessional, didn't pay attention, interacted with co-workers through the window of the interview office while I was answering questions, at one point pretended to doze off. Bad sign of leadership and character when a Business Director behalves like a juvenile during an interview whether they are engaged or not. Met with several people, difficult to continue after the negative experience with the previously mentioned interviewer. Overall, the process was fair an thorough.
