First, I completed a brief phone interview about my relevant experience for the position. I was then called in for two separate interviews with different level managers. Both interviews were about thirty minutes long and were fairly causal with a lot of time for dialogue on both sides. After these interviews, the company indicated that they would let me know when they reached a decision on the next steps in the interview process, but my contacts in the company never followed up with me. After inquiring if I was still being considered for the position after not hearing from them for over a week, I did not receive an answer back.
