The exploration process was based around a number of issues; real estate market, housing type, regional factors, geographic locations, job market, housing acquisition costs, rehab expense, holding costs (including taxes, insurance, utilities, other), projected revenue streams per unit, exit strategies including; retail sales, contract sale, lease options, and rental opportunities.
