It was a 3 stage interview process. Initially telephone interview with HR then a video interview with the head of the department and then another video interview with a senior member of the team.

5 interviews , with HR, Manager, Head of APAC Operations, Local Country Head and teammates No tests. Everyone I met were super sharp and friendly. Interviews were direct and constructive. Really got to know the challenges and needs the company were facing, and the direction they are heading towards.
