I completed the first stage of the interview process, a Google Meet video call with the PA, Archie Brown. The conversation was genuinely pleasant and didn’t feel like a formal interview. Archie made me feel comfortable and clearly explained the company, the role, and the overall hiring process. However, despite being assured that I would receive an email later that day, or at the latest, the following day, regarding the next interview stage, no communication ever arrived. I followed up a few days later, but unfortunately received no response and was ultimately ghosted. It was disappointing, especially after such a positive initial interaction.
