ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT PROCESS
Account Assignment is managed through a system called Salesforce. Each Sales Rep that requests an account assigned to them is required to open an “Assignment Request” in Salesforce if this account is not already listed under their name in the Account Assignment Rules.
Accounts that are already listed under a Sales Rep’s name may be reassigned without the need for an Assignment Request’s approval and can be handled immediately.
Accounts that are already assigned to another Sales Rep cannot be reassigned until we receive written approval from the relevant Sales Rep’s direct manager (of the Rep who is assigned the account).
