three parts: test on SAP with instructions, interview with the team leader, and interview with HR. the position is student position - but after I passed the test they told me that they demand to put the job first ALWAYS and school isn't a priority or an important excuse. the team leader told me, although its a shifts-position, that if she needs me for a shift on a specific day she won't allow me to go and take an exam at the university, even if it's just a couple of hours mid-day. although you only have to commit to 3 shifts per week!! complete waste of my time. even worse- in the phone screening I told the HR that I cant work on Thursday, and she said it's fine. then at interview with the team leader- she says Thursday is a MUST. like - why waste candidate's time? the worst experience I've ever had at company interview.
