I applied online and got the interview relatively quickly, basic math and the usual what would you do in (x) situation, honestly though it was fairly simple and the question made sense by pertaining to the job.

If a customer is upset and comes to you with a problem what do you do.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
