Applied through my school's campus careers website. Standard on campus interview with HR followed by super-day in office. Brought in 6 people for the final round, was ~3 hours of interviews for the final round. Everyone was friendly in general, and no tricky questions. Very standard interview process in general.

Depending on your program, interviews can last months. They have several out of office reviews - phone calls, hirevue and skype. Then you are invited to your office location for a several day long information session and interview set.

Mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. Tell me about yourself, how have you shown leadership and teamwork, etc. First interview was on campus, 2-1. Then superday was at the office with 4 rounds of 30-minute interviews.
