Entrevista
First, you fill out the application which contains the general questions of who you are what is your work experience. Next, you'll answer a set of questions pertaining to if you're comfortable with technology. If accepted, you will receive a link for a video interview. Basically, the video interview is for every question you get, you have to record an answer for a max of 3 minutes. It'll probably take a week or two for them to review and get back to you. If accepted, you should receive a phone call from a branch manager at that point.

Name a time you had to be part of a team to accomplish a mission
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
