The HR coordinator reached out to me for an initial 30 minute phone interview relatively soon after I had applied on the company's website. After the phone interview I was invited to meet several of the managers and additional HR reps at the company's headquarters. And when I say several, I mean six total people I had to interview with. It was definitely intimidating.
