Multi stage interview consisting of an initial meet and greet, followed by another interview with a more senior person. Application process was straightforward. The first interviewer was friendly and inviting. It was a short interview. The second interviewer was slightly condescending and not at all engaged in the process.

Extensive interview process, with a total of 6 interviews. Started with a 10 minute recruiter call and concluded with the opportunity to meet the CEO. I enjoyed the process of meeting different team members across the organization, from talent acquisitions, to growth strategy, to outreach leadership. I was asked to build a strategy for California, and had a lot of fun doing it.
