I recently had an interview experience where I first met with the Corporate Recruiter. The recruiter was very professional, making the initial stage of the process smooth and informative. Following this, I had the opportunity to meet with the Hiring Manager, who also displayed a high level of professionalism. Both interactions were positive and reinforced my interest in the role and the company.

Started strong speaking with the Hiring Manager then the Recruiter; was told I would hear back within 1 day -- it's now been 5 weeks. They don't respond to any attempt to receive an update, don't even acknowledge my emails. they require 4 days in office.
