First screen with with the hiring manager as a video interview. good conversation learning about my experience and what roles were open on the TA team. I was moved onto the next round which was an assessment. Assessment was pattern recognition and seemed more suited for analytical or technical roles than a recruiting position. After completing the assessment, I followed up with the TA Team and was told I would be scheduled for the next/final round of interviews. Recruiting Coordinator never reached out to follow up and I never received another response from the hiring manager. I was ghosted and still have not received a rejection email from them.

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
