I met a recruiter (reached out to me) and was utterly unimpressed. He asked if I knew technologies listed, but he had little idea what they actually were. He didn't seem interested in describing the company, their challenges and specific types of work this role would accomplish. The comp was below market and four days /week in NY office seems excessive.

Worst interview experience ever! They outsourced the coding interview with some firm in India. You are not interviewing with real coworker who will work along side w you to solve a problem. Don't waste your time if you can find a better place.
