Written application, phone interview about work history, campus tour and classroom visits. Interviewed by potential colleagues and school administrators. Friendly, engaging, interview casual. No "gotcha" moments. They seemed to be honestly trying to assess fit and competence.

"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" was about the most difficult question asked. Some questions about dealing with difficult parents, but nothing out of the ordinary for a teacher interview.
