First there was a phone screening, later I was scheduled for my first interview with management in the department I applied for. One week later I was called in for a second interview with a manager I did not meet the first time around. A couple days after that I was offered the job and scheduled for my drug screening.

Initial phone screen then hour long interview, 20 minute interview sections with 3 people, including HR, potential manager and another member of management. Style of interview was behavioral based questions, they were seeking compound answers and asked leading questions
