This was just the first phase H.R. screening process over the phone. The person was very nice. It was not a technical interview, but 30 minutes was blocked out for this phone interview. It was helpful to have the HR person's LinkedIn URL. It can be annoying when people you interview at a company are unwilling to reveal anything about themselves. However, this was not the case.
