My interview process only took a few weeks to go through which included a few short zoom meetings and phone calls. What I really enjoyed most was everyone was forthcoming in explaining what the culture is like at, Charge After. This gave me a clear understanding of what a true start up financial technology company is like working for. I was very impressed with everyone's hospitality and openness including our CEO.
