The positive was that they stayed pretty loyal their timeline and kept you up to date; that is until you make it to the final round and then you never hear from them. I was going to reach out to them after not hearing anything after a few weeks after the third and final round, when I went to their website and they re-posted the position. So apparently no one who made to the last round got hired, but they couldn't send an email stating as much. Interviewing is an exhausting process for both sides, so it would have been courteous to send an email.
