The interview process is one of the best I've gone through. Robust but extremely enjoyable. The team that interviewed me on both the "Competency Based" interviews ad the "Values Based" interview were really friendly and very responsive to my answers.
I felt that the Values Based one was the better interview as you get the opportunity to answer questions on a very personal level which not only allows the organisation to see the type of person you are but what the values of the organisational are.

Applied online, interview conducted online, competency based interview, 7 questions, very straightforward, 2 interviewers, they made me feel comfortable, were patient with me and repeated the questions as well, gave the opportunity to ask questions and answered all the questions

What skills and experiences do you have and why did you apply for this job
Competency interview with standard questions around skills and qualifications, risk management, safeguarding, partnership liaison and self care. Very conversational. Usually around 6 questions, laid back process. Giving examples is always a big plus
