The interview process included 3 phases: 1) a screening call with the recruiter; 2) interview with the Manager of Student Services and the Assistant Director of Admissions; 3) interview with the Director of Campus Operations. The recruiter, Sheryl Smith, was extremely helpful and was key in securing my salary expectations. The interview process was overall an enjoyable experience.

The interview process was pleasant and though there were several components it was not intimidating at all. The initial interview was with the talent acquisition specialist Holly Beaudry and she was a pleasure to talk to . She kept me informed throughout the entire hiring process and let me know after our initial interview that I could reach out to her anytime with questions or concerns. Megan Reeder was the next person I spoke with. She was also a pleasure . Our interview was more like a conversation and I felt very comfortable with her. I feel that we are going to work well together and I look forward to learning from her and working as a team.
