The interview process was totally virtual with a combination of individual and panel interviews, mostly behavioral in nature. The interviewers were friendly. However, one flaw I find with some companies, including Chamberlain is that they don't know what they are looking for. When you see the same position posted for over a year and a half, it's not the candidate, it's the company that's the problem. In this case, they advertise "product management" when in fact they are looking for business development or something else. A little advice, look at what product management positions are like at other companies and then take a deep look at whether that's what you are really looking for. Change your description to match what you want instead of hitting some generic keywords.
