Interview process consisted of 3 rounds, one online test, and two technical interviews. Recruiter was coordinating swiftly and was helpful but that was about it regarding the positive experience. First round was online DSA test on a custom platform which was easy. In the second round, interviewer was boastful and uninterested in taking the interview. I had to keep myself positive so hard to continue the interview and cleared it. In the second round, they assigned it to a panel who had a completely different technical background. One of the interviewers had accent so I had to ask multiple times to understand the question. To add to that, he was not prepared at all to take the interview and had to think to ask questions which ruined the flow. I tried my best to still not get frustrated and answered most of the questions. After an hour long discussion and two day's wait, they gave me a verdict that I am not fit for the role. FYI: I had appeared for the interview with them previously as well and experience was negative then as well (Interviewer had taken interview while driving his car). Please do not waste your time interviewing with them, they are not serious about their hiring.
