The interview process was pretty easy. They had me write a short essay about test scores and also an assessment on an ipad before the in person portion. There are many reviews saying they asked political questions, but that did not happen during mine.

Applied on indeed. Was sent an email questionnaire. During interview, I met with the regional director first and then the school director. First interview included a written essay. Second interview I got to go into a classroom to read to the students. There is required training for a week in Austin in August.

I applied online and got offered an interview within one day. I came in and took a test and wrote an essay. after that i talked with the headmaster and got offered the job on the same day.
