I thoroughly enjoyed everyone I interviewed with throughout the process. The process too over 2.5 months and I had over 6 interviews, including case studies and quantitative assessments. All in all to be told at the very end that they were not ready to hire and that they would let me know if a few months. I never heard back. Disrespectful to drag someone through a process like that with no intention to hire or without even the respect to reject me.

Multiple rounds of interview, even the hiring team/HR doesnt know how many rounds would take place very random process. A senior director who intetviewd me and seemed satisfied with answers, ghosted later. Better not to waster time and energy attending their interviews
