I submitted my application through LinkedIn and received a request for a phone interview from the recruiter to schedule various interviews. The problem I have is that I was put through 7 interviews and it was a waste of my time. After each interview, I sent thank you emails to each interviewer and did not receive a response from of them, including the hiring manager. I then received a response through LinkedIn indicating they were not moving forward with my application. I didn't even receive the courtesy of an email from the recruiter to indicate the reason why I was not moving forward. The whole process was incredibly unprofessional and I hope no one else undergoes the same unpleasant experience.
