From start to finish it was a very smooth streamlined process, that moved very quickly. I was referred by a FinancialForce employee, and had a first round phone interview with a company recruiter to discuss my background and the position. Within 24 hours, I had another phone interview scheduled with one of the Consulting Managers. I hear back from the recruiter the same day, and was informed I would be having phone interviews with another Consulting Manager as well as the Director of my department. Once those interviews were complete, I was invited for an onsite interview with one of the Consulting Managers that I already interviewed with. I received an offer the evening after my final interview (5 interviews total - 4 phone, 1 in person). All parties were extremely professional and really conveyed the positive company culture. I felt that the interviews were more like conversations, than the "typical job interview".

Usually within 24-36 hours after an interview (sometimes even sooner), I was informed whether I made it to the next round. There were 5 rounds of interviews, which included the initial recruitment screen. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional.
