The interview process went well and the questions that were asked were not at all challenging to answer. I'm happy to become a part of the team and look forward to what the future has in store for me at Certified.
First there was a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with the manager . I was asked about instrumentation experience. Then, I was given tour around the facilities. The supervisor was not on-site the day of my interview, so we spoke via phone call. It was heavily implied I would get an offer, which I did by the next day.

You take a quick trip around the lab and talk to current employees. As well, they rate you off a sheet to compare how well you fall within their needs.
