Several phone interviews from the 3rd party hiring manager led to an eventual on site interview. This included a facility tour and 3 separate interviews in a row with different managers I would work with.

They asked about projects I had done and why I was pursuing engineering in my studies. They asked a few personal behavior questions as well.
