I was contacted by Zach on a Sunday afternoon and I scheduled an interview for Monday afternoon. Sadly, I woke up Monday morning not feeling well and texted Zach to let him know that I should reschedule to be safe. I didn’t get a reply for several hours. Finally, I called, and he rejected my call. An hour later, I got reply saying “Yes?” - after I explained I wanted to confirm he got my text, he abruptly replied “Wed of Fri?” - not even “Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well” or any politeness in the message. After I said Friday, I got another abrupt “What time?”
Is this how their agents talk to customers also? Having someone be so short and seemingly rude just made me realize I wouldn’t want to work at a place where people talk to each other like this.
At least be polite if you want to incentivize people to bring their talent to your company. I withdrew my application.

Thought it sounded too good to be true and was a bit suspicious that most of their Google reviews are by accounts with 1-2 reviews written (eg red flag for fake). I called in for a phone interview and by the fourth sentence was told to PayPal them $100 for my end of the licensing course. Not to the school but directly to them. No questions about my background or goals etc just straight to the licensing course and that I should pay them because they bring on “only” 30 agents per month. Fishy to me so I passed. Not saying they aren’t legit but it set off my alarm bells for sure so proceed with caution
