Short. In person. Unprofessional. Interviewed for ECF and she only wanted to offer weekend hours for split shift. Then interviewed at Sedgwick county jail. One of the therapists had a clear bully mentality. Interrupted the interview. Interviewer appeared frustrated about the team not being able to get along. The interview went south when she asked a weird question- what I would do about a co worker throwing her under garments on another staff members desk. I evidentially gave the wrong answer.
