Phone screening was a computer science competency screening. The in person interview was meeting with the technical team, then the management team and then upper management. The hardest interview was the 3-4 data structures and optimization questions by the technical team. The management panel had a lot of problem solving and personality. The upper management was more of a where the company will be in X years and where one would fit into the vision.

Received a technical project to be completed in 5 days. The recruiters never acknowledged reception of my submission and absolutely no feedback was ever provided. The email referring that other candidates were being pursued didn't mention the project either. That same day they were posting the same position again on job boards.
