Got a call from someone who worked in HR asking to meet them in their Alpharetta office. Had to take a computer aptitude test and then was asked many behavioral questions. I was then introduced to two programmer/analysts that worked in that office.
The second interview was with two IT managers over the phone. They asked semi-technical questions.
The third interview, I was flown out to the main office with the two programmer/analysts that I had met previously. The flight, hotel, parking and gas used to drive to and from airport were paid for. I got to have dinner with the two programmer/analysts the night of arrival. The next morning, I met the vice president of the IT department for 15 minutes. Next, I was interviewed by two people: an IT manager and a supervisor for 45 minutes. Then, I was interviewed by the same two IT managers who had previously interviewed me over the phone for another 45 minutes. Finally, the employment manager drove me back to the airport while interviewing me! This definitely caught me off guard. The questions were a mix of behavioral and semi-technical. No actual coding was required in the interview.
